Q1 Summary
🏆 Bulletproof Habits
Workout (97% → 96% → 90%) and Journal (84% → 86% → 94%) held strong across all 3 months. These are identity-level habits — anchored to the 5:30am morning routine. They survived travel, hospital, schedule changes, and everything Q1 threw at them. Workout dipped slightly in March but still 90%. Journal actually improved.
📈 Biggest Improver: Draw (+28pp Feb→Mar)
Draw went from 45% → 46% → 74%. The biggest single-month jump in any habit. From unanchored afterthought to a regular practice. Read also climbed steadily: 74% → 89% → 84%.
⚠️ Watch: Good Food Declining
Good Food went ~35% → 50% → 42%. February's improvement didn't stick. Week 4 of March collapsed to just 14%. This is the weakest habit across all 3 months and needs a structural intervention — stacking it onto an existing anchor like Workout.
😴 Sleep: Flat at ~6.3h
Sleep has been remarkably consistent: ~6.3h → 6.39h → 6.27h. Not improving, not declining — plateaued. The data is clear that bedtime is the lever: bed before 10pm = 7.2h sleep, after midnight = 5.25h. Moving the needle on sleep means moving bedtime earlier, especially Fri/Sat.
